Forgot Your Password?

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Users


In order to have the ability to reset your password, your user profile must contain a work or personal email address. On the login page for your Safety Made Simple portal, click on “Forgot password?”

You will be asked to enter your username. If you do not remember your username, contact your company Safety Made Simple administrator.

Click on “Resend”.

After clicking "Resend," you will see a message like the one shown below in the blue box.

Check your email. You should have an email from Safety Made Simple with a hyperlink to set a new password. You will be asked to enter a new password two times. Click on “Change my password”.

After successfully changing your password, you will be directed to your Dashboard. Remember or record your new password!

If you do not have an email address in Safety Made Simple, contact your company Safety Made Simple Administrator.
