Disable a User

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Administrators, Managers


The instructions for disabling a user are the same for both Administrators and Managers.

  1. Navigate to Users in your portal.
  2. Open the user profile of the person to be disabled.
  3. Slide the Login Enabled? slider to the off position.  Note: the position shown below is in the on position. 
  4. Click Save in the lower right corner.

Users may easily be reactivated in returning from a leave of absence or in the case of a seasonal worker. Following this procedure will ensure there is no loss of training records.

IT IS RECOMMENDED NEVER TO DELETE USERS.
